Service Description

Yoga translates to "union", "yoke" or "unite". Yoga is an ancient practice where we connect our breath with our movement so that we ultimately unite our Mind, Body, and Spirit. A beautiful union, indeed. Yoga offers a physical workout with a deep stretch. Our 60 minute Yoga classes are available to anyone, any age, any level. Some classes offer intermediate and advanced poses as a challenge, but never a requirement. Options for each pose are always cued for the beginner yogi looking for clear direction. This is a no judgement, no expectations, no competition class. Class is maxed at 10 yogi participants. Registration is required, but walk-ins are welcome to stay if there are open spots. $11 per session. Tuesday's: 6am- Sunrise Yoga with Kim C; 9am- Gentle Flow with April K; 6:30pm-Deep Connection Yoga with JessieV Wednesday's: 5pm-All Levels with some Yin Yoga with Kim Cornelius Thursday's: 9am-All Levels with April K; 5pm-Gentle Restorative with Vikki H Friday's: 10:30am-All Levels with April K Saturday's: 6am- Sunrise Yoga every other Saturday with Kim Cornelius

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for classes, events and one-on-one sessions with JessieV or any other practitioner at Chi, Trees & Oils, requires a 24 hour notice. When cancelled appointments occur twice, the client will no longer be accepted. If the client is late or misses the appointment, there are no refunds. Regarding classes with only one booked guest, we reserve the right to cancel the class. A refund will be given to the cancelled guest.
