Sounds of Peace

This session starts with the real definition of true peace, unlike the one from the ego's viewpoint, which is a temporary state achieved by winning arguments, gaining validation, or controlling situations. True peace is found in letting go of the ego’s need to be right. We will work together to achieve true peace. A ceremonial practice of bringing about true peace for ourselves, each other, and beyond will take place amidst a double sound bath, filled with peaceful sounds and moments of intentional silence. Afterwards, join us outside for a fire ritual to send peace to the entire universe.

Bring your cozy items to rest on the floor. Blankets, mats, pillows, etc.
