Affirmations are words or sentences that affirm us in our authenticity, health, wealth, love and wisdom. There are tricks to creating the perfect affirmation. There are tips in believing what you say! You will learn a whole host of affirmations, how to build your own and all the tips and tricks to carry them through to your daily life.
At this event, you can expect to:

*settle in to your table space with all your materials needed to create!
*engage in a conversation about affirmation building and how to create your own.
