We offer meditation sessions throughout the year. Be sure to take advantage of the Meditation Library which is loaded with recorded guided meditations for you to listen wherever you are.

 

Our Moon Meditations are on select Full & New Moon evenings at 7pm. (Register for the moon meditations under the Events tab.)

 

In addition, the joyful music tracks below have been made with love and the intention to guide you into a healing, meditative practice. JacobV's creative, electronic music is perfect for meditation, yoga or sleepy-time jams. You can download them on any major music app including Apple and Spotify.
