About the event
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice similar to meditation, however, the focus is on relieving the five senses of their active duties. The instructions given promote the state of consciousness between sleep and being awake. This practice allows you to fall in to that space where the body is totally relaxed, but not asleep. Yoga Nidra is considered the deepest state of relaxation.
During this webinar, you can expect to:
*set up your comfort space in your own home with access to the computer/phone.
*set up your space with your comfy mat, pillows, blankets and other cozy items.
*engage in yoga nidra following the voice of JessieV as she guides you through your practice.
*come back to the Earth plane feeling relaxed and refreshed.
