Beyond Breath Work

If you know JessieV, you know that she loves the band "311". They offer spiritually connected lyrics and a high vibe to their instrumental. March 11th is the best day to celebrate their one-of-a-kind music. JessieV will be incorporating some of their very best songs to a education-full hour all about breathing. 

Pranayama, or our breathing, is extremely important during practices such as Yoga and Pilates. Tuning into our breath brings us to the present moment where all the magic in life happens. Let JessieV teach you some new breathing techniques, why we have gotten away from our breath and how to become more connected and grounded through conscious breathing. 

Please bring a mat or something cozy to rest on during the practice.
