Chakra Journey Series

Join AprilK on a journey through your Chakra Column! Learn about what the Chakras are, where they are located in the body, what they rule in each area, and how to work with them. Leave with confident knowledge on each Chakra as well as learn about what activates them, what signs we see when the Chakras are over or under active, and so much more. Each class will end with a short meditation and some option Yoga poses that are relevant to the Chakra. Guests will receive a print out of the information from the class as well as a gift.
