Crafting while Cultivating a Connection with Anthony E

Bring a craft or try one of ours so that you are happy working with your hands and being creative. Motivational Mediator, Anthony E, will hold space and energy for everyone as he guides guests to cultivating a connection over the discussion of certain subjects. Heal, grow, learn and appreciate yourself through your time spent with Anthony and friends. Topics include but are not limited to health, stress, boundaries, touch, authenticity, growth and more. 

Breakfast snacks will be provided. A craft or two will be available if you choose not to bring your own. Chairs available.
