Feeling off balance? Irritable for no reason? Stressed? Out of sorts?
The Elemental Star is a special tool that helps you explore the source of the imbalance by using the 5 Elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit that are thought to be the basic building blocks of the universe and are present within each of us. We will learn how these internal elements affect our energy and how to restore a sense of balance using these elements when our lives are going through periods of change and flux.
