Gong Song

Heather Poyner, from the Gong Girls, is an amazingly talented instrumentalist. She includes a 26" Paiste, a 22" Wind Gong and a 12" Tabletop Gong during her solo Gong Song Sessions. 

JessieV and Heather have partnered together to bring you an hour of meditation, peace, rejuvenation and connection. The New Year is a time to open up our hearts of authenticity. A Gong Song can truly bring out the best in us. 

At this event, you can expect to: 

*enjoy a cup of tea or coffee upon arrival. 

*set up your meditation space with your pillows, blankets, mats and other cozy items. (Chairs can be provided upon request). 

*relax in to your space with a provided essential oils cloth rag to cover your eyes.

*enjoy an hour of beautiful gong sounds and calming stimulation. 

*feel enlightened and lightened through joyful meditation. 

*wrap up your time well spent with a new perspective on the new year and the new you.
