Shamanic journeying is the ancient practice of going within to access our own innate wisdom.

In this experience, you'll:

• Be held in a sacred container and gently guided through your own journeying experience
• Gain insights, clarity
• Open to the power of helping spirits to aid you during your journey

Please bring:

• A question, subject, or issue you'd like to explore
• If you don't have something specific to work on, going in  with the question of "What do I need to focus on right now in my life"  works great
• Feel free to bring an eye mask, blankets, or anything else you need in order to be comfortable
