Judgement Free Yoga for Autoimmune Diseases. Struggling with an autoimmune disorder? Chronic illness? Just feel low? This yoga class is for you. Thrive in a non-judgemental, supportive environment where we can learn and heal together. Offering adaptive slow flow yoga, all you have to do is start where you are at! Points for just showing up! Please bring a blanket , mats are provided.
