Kids Tools for Schools Workshop

Kids, ages 6-12 are welcome to join this fun Tools for Schools class. The instructor will share engaging ways to release stress so the school year is a bit easier and lighter feeling. The students will learn breathwork tricks, yoga poses, mindful meditation tactics, how to use crystals to stay grounded and feel protected, and what nutritional snacks are best for their brain and body.  Space is limited. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay. Each student will receive a small tumbled crystal and a snack. $20
