Rituals Ceremony

We all carry the strengths and wisdom of our ancestors in our DNA, all those who came before us,  who overcame significant obstacles we can hardly imagine. We carry their courage, resilience, love and their ability to work through adversities deep inside of us.  In this session we will call upon and honor our ancestors, and re-member their strength, their wisdom, knowledge and love. We will learn how to call upon them. to listen for their whispers of guidance when we feel lost or overwhelmed or soul-tired. We will remember what Native American writer Linda Hogan wrote: "Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love of thousands. The problems that may lay before you are not as strong as we, your ancestors, who stand with you."
