About the event
Yoga Nidra is a relaxing practice without movement. The guided meditation allows you to relax, breathe, let go of tension, practice mindfulness while ebbing and flowing from conscious awareness to subconscious sleep. You will be instructed to follow the sound of the guides voice, tuning into the third eye and beyond. Yoga Nidra is known to reduce stress and anxiety, increase sleep and mindfulness as well as lower blood pressure. Please bring a mat, blankets, pillows and any other comfort items you would like to joim you in your practice. We have a few mats available for use if needed. Celebrate the shift in seasons by bringing about balance in your own life.
