About the event
Reduce stress and anxiety while promoting overall well-being and better sleep. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice similar to meditation, however, the focus is on relieving the five senses of their active duties. The instructions given promotes the state of consciousness between sleep and being awake. This practice allows you to fall in to that space where the body is totally relaxed, but not asleep. Yoga Nidra is considered the deepest state of relaxation.
At this event, you can expect to:
*enjoy a cup of tea of coffee upon arrival.
*set up your space with your comfy mat, pillows, blankets and other items you bring to create your cozy space.
*engage in yoga nidra following the voice of JessieV as she guides you through your practice.
*come back to the Earth plane feeling relaxed and refreshed.
*go home to enjoy a beautiful night of rest.
