About the event
This is not a typical Yoga class. This session will take yogis step by step to find the proper form in the most popular poses. Adjustments will be made by the instructor to correct body form. Poses will be held a little longer than usual. There is plenty of interaction and engagement during the session so come to enjoy the lesson and the company.
