Service Description

A Resonance Session is for those who sense that their body or life is communicating something important, but aren’t yet sure how to interpret it— especially in times of transition, expansion, or when navigating health challenges. Together, we enter a focused, receptive state of attunement, working to understand you—your body, your patterns, your experience—through a vibrational lens. Using self-applied kinesiology, I tune into your whole-body field to access the information that is most relevant and supportive at this time. This work is grounded in the understanding that the vibrational level of the body is where meaningful change occurs—where patterns can shift, coherence can return, and new ways of relating to your experience can emerge. The session offers both clarity and orientation, helping you understand what is happening, why, and how to move forward with greater awareness and agency. Each session is unique and may include vibrational essence guidance, astrological insight, and holistic herbal consultation. When called for, a custom essence formula may be created to support your continued integration. You’ll also receive digital notes afterward, offering a clear reflection to help you integrate the session and move forward with a renewed—and often expanded— way of understanding and navigating your experience.
