Wellness Coach, JessieV and Clinical Therapis, KristaK, will present several tools and techniques to students to use to manage stress and overwhelm. Kids are constantly faced with many levels of stress during the school year, in the classroom and beyond. Guests for this session will learn how to stay present in the moment, combating their stress with many different options from breathing to therapy. $33 per guest
