Join our monthly Yoga Book Club as we explore Living the Sutras—an accessible and inspiring guide to the timeless wisdom of yogic philosophy. On the first Thursday of each month, we’ll gather in community after our physical asana practice to share insights, reflections, and meaningful dialogue inspired by the book. No yoga experience or prior knowledge is needed; you don’t even have to practice yoga to join the conversation.
Come as you are and connect with others on and beyond the mat.
*Please note that the first Thursday in January is the New Year. We will meet on the 8th instead.
