Chakras - A Deep Dive for a Day

Chakras, or "wheels of energy" are major spaces in our soul body that require energetic maintenance. When the main chakras get out of whack, there is a larger opportunity for imbalance that can cause dis-ease. Your instructor, JessieV, is a Reiki Master, Intuitive Empath and has been studying the Chakras for decades.
