Create a Meditation Shawl

Learn the art of nunno felting through the creation of a meditation shawl. You will combine fine Merino wool and  dreamy Margilan silk through the process of wet felting known as nunno felting. It will become an oh-so-soft, light weight wrap perfect for  meditation or a cool summer evening. Participants will need to bring two bath sheet size towels and a couple of regular size bath towels as well. Old towels are perfect! Lots of soapy water will be used. You will  be standing and using your arms to work the silk and wool. Wear comfy clothes and shoes. All materials and tools will be provided.
