Creating A Sacred Space

Sacred space is a defined place or state of being that takes us outside of ourselves. One definition of sacred space uses the metaphor of sacred space as a "focusing lens."  It is ANY space or area OR TIME that we have set side and dedicate to a sacred purpose that gives us depth, richness, a sense of meaning, grounding, peace, reverence, connection to the Divine that is outside of everyday life. This class will cover sacred spaces internally, externally as well as practices and tools you can use to create a sacred space in your home, in your workplace, and inside yourself.

Bring cozy items to support you during your time with Kathryn. Mats, pillows, and blankets are encouraged. Chairs will be provided.
