Join Grief Worker, Abby, and Energy Healer, Reverend JessieV, as they guide you through a hands-on experience to move your grief. At this gathering, you can expect to:

*work through some journal prompts with guided support
*engage in an educational piece on nervous system regulation and creating tools for moments of overwhelm
