Women who are on their way, going through or happily past menopause are invited to enjoy a Yoga flow specifically for these stages in life. Ms. Kelly, certified Yoga Instructor specializing in first response and menopause care will guide guests pose by pose. Moon Phase Yoga is gentle, loving and enriching. Registration required. Limited space available.
