Sound Voyage

Join experienced healer, KathrynR, for a morning with antique, hand hammered Tibetan singing bowls, learning the history and origins of these seated bells, clarifying some of the internet misinformation and learning how they affect the body, mind and spirit. The morning with start with a brief Tibetan Singing Bowls 101 followed by a sound bath. 

Sound Voyages are group meditative journeys, setting sail with the peaceful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and steel tongue drums. Supported by unique soundscapes, tones and frequencies you will have the opportunity to travel beyond time to:
