What are Runes? The 24 Runes of the Elder Futhark are frequently associated with the Vikings. At their most basic level, the Norse Runes were used as a written language of the ancient Norse people. However, there are many more layers and uses to these symbols. Each rune has its own unique meaning and when used collectively they can be used as a method of divintation similar to Tarot or Oracle cards. How does a Rune Reading work? Come prepared with a question or general theme that you would like guidance on. If arriving with a specific question, be sure that it is open ended because the Runes cannot answer yes or no questions. Once your question or theme is identified, you and McKenzie will work together to choose a Rune Spread which will allow for the clearest answer. From there, you will pull the Runes and McKenzie will guide you interpreting their meaning. Why choose Runes? Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for classes, events and one-on-one sessions with JessieV or any other practitioner at Chi, Trees & Oils, requires a 24 hour notice. When cancelled appointments occur twice, the client will no longer be accepted. If the client is late or misses the appointment, there are no refunds. Regarding classes with only one booked guest, we reserve the right to cancel the class. A refund will be given to the cancelled guest.
